A Taste Of What To Expect

Super exciting!  The info is starting to trickle in, and the buzz is starting to build.  Ok, not only is the Colin Kaepernick docu "Kaepernick & America" going to world premiere on June 9th (peep the trailer) but also, this line up below, all in celebration of music,  is going to hit The Beacon Theater.  Just putting this out there so you can get your calendar game tight. Celebrate the life and work of rap hero D.O.C. in a documentary that examines the life and legacy of this unsung West Coast Hip Hop legend and co-founder of Death Row Records. Stay for a birthday celebration with performances by DJ QuikThe Dogg PoundXzibitToo $hortand and other special guests.

Tribeca Festival is honored to present the directorial debut of Taylor Swift. This buzzed about event will feature a screening and talk with Taylor Swift about her approach to filmmaking.

Saturday, June 11 at 8pm

Hallelujah: Leonard Cohen, A Journey, A Song
Sun, June 12 at 6pm
Judy Collins, Amanda Shires and more pay homage to Leonard Cohen in a concert following the New York premiere of the new documentary from Emmy-award winning director Dan Geller and producer Dayna Goldfine.
