Talks That Everyone Will Try To Get Into, But Can't

Tribeca Film Fest (TFF) is known for its legendary live Talks and special events. Everyone always wants to get in to see living, breathing celebs speak casually. Due to seating limits, most are left out in the cold. It's like this every year. That's part of the beauty and tragedy of it all (Ah, we remember snagging our seat pre-pandemic TFF to see Sarah Jessica Parker and get a fab Tumi toiletries bag complimentary to boot!).

Back to 2022, we just got this info and wanted to share. We'll keep you posted on outcomes and soundbites!

As per official Tribeca Festival News:

In an exclusive Tribeca conversation with Charles Blow, Academy Award winning rapper Common will discuss his artistry, albums, career, experiences with celebrities such as Kanye West and much more. This conversation will follow Common’s reception of the Harry Belafonte Voices for Social Justice Award, presented live by Robert De Niro.

Pharrell Williams — performer, songwriter, producer, designer and entrepreneur — sits down for a rare, in-depth, career retrospective discussion with Minya Oh (Miss Info). This talk will focus on Pharrell's legacy of creativity, blending music, fashion, design and his singular style that earned him Billboard's Producer of the Decade and his current status as multi-media superstar.
