While Airbnb may be entrenched in the minds of many Millennial travelers and its higher-end offerings an option, a digital platform new to the U.S. scene is about to take place with a slightly different model and, perhaps, shake up the scene a bit.

Enter Oyo, a hotel chain-of-sorts in a completely different way. Today it operates in over 800 cities in 80 countries which include the US, Europe, UK, India, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Japan.   Now the company has its sites set on the U.S. Oyo will officially launch its platform for users in America in February 2020. The site will offer a massive range of possibilities in accommodations via style of hotel-chain-meets-cool townhouse. All properties have been purchased by the chain and designed and branded in a style which the company calls Oyo chic. The result? An offering that has a residential feel with a hotel service to take care of your every need.  Want to go the private home route, instead? No problem. The company has you covered with various real estate properties that it has taken over, renovated and branded in Oyo whimsical style.

The portfolio combines fully operated real estate comprising more than 43,000 hotels with over 1 million rooms. Any property can all be booked at the swish of a swipe on the company's mobile application.

Definitely the latest travel disruptor on the scene, Oyo is one to track.  For further information, please visit: https://www.oyorooms.com/
